B2B engagement with social media agaility helps firms establish higher reach and higher recall value which enhances customers satisfaction and thus customers firm relationships as it helps solve grievances and directly connect with customers on personal level with customisation offered to enahnce relationships.

Social media agaility provides better access to customers preferences and understand their needs and accordingly cater to them which boosts overall customer - firm relationships.
