The workforce diversification means that organizations are becoming more heterogeneous in regard to sexual orientation, age, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, religion, for health, occupation, etc. When an organisation voluntarily not adopt hiring and promotion practices for workforce diversification then the management should be charged for the discriminating others, the laws must be applied to employees found in these cases. The workforce should be hired on the basis of performance and good conduct. Some city, state, and local governments also prohibit discrimination inside and outside of work. A well diversified population increase the production level and increases profits of the organisation.
