Egalitarian soceities believe in equality of all classes of people and removal of any types of barriers to it.

It believes that all people from all types of class are and should be equal.

Since we live predominantly in a capitalist world where in everyone is trying to suppress others and move ahead of each other, possibility of survival of egalitarianism seems impossible because people are all rational and everyone is seeking to maximize their gains at the cost of others.
