Criticize the answer to the following question

Question 3: We talked about how American families are working more hours today than they did 30 years ago. Will this trend continue over the next 10 years? Why or why not?

I think within the next ten years, families will be working more hours and having less leisure time. Over the last 30 years, the labor market has changed a great amount. Majority of households now do not just have one source of income, both parents are working or their children also have jobs and may even help with expenses. I believe working longer hours will continue to grow because many people see money as the key to happiness. Not only that but living is more expensive now than it was 10 years ago and it will only get more expensive. Society is turning into a rat race because many love materials and nice things. Having more money in your pocket is important in today’s society and it lets others see your social superiority. Majority of people even now don't mind working longer hours even if it means less leisure time or spending less time with family because of the trade off they’ll be receiving which is money.

People are working more today than thirty years back because the wages are not increasing and expenses are increasing due to improve in standard of living and this happened due to invention of robots and automatization ,the present time is a transition phase we have not completely adopted from manual labour to automatization once the people acquire skills to handle robots and manufacture them ,then the industry will develop for manufacturing and maintenance of robot which will increase the job and wages and it will bring down working hour in next ten years secondly there is a saturation point of everything if wages don't increase in future then there will be a unrest in society and there are labour unions which will protest and demand increase in wages and ultimately the wages will increase and labour hour will decrease so people can give more time to their family in next 10 years .
