I have been asked by the instructor to describe the presence and social objects exhibited by the organization I have chosen for my case study. I am having a book named Social media marketing 3rd edition and it is about chapter number 6. I am confused about what is actually asked by my instructor.
As a part of society, every organisation whether it is business or non-business, has a social obligation to fulfill which is to consistently create economic value for various constituents of society. It could be this. It could be how the organisation is working for the society. eg, creating employment opportunities for the disadvantaged sections of the society, using environment friendly methods of production, etc
Also presence of the organisation could depict its social presence, as if is it visible on social media platforms like facebook, linkedin, twitter, youtube, instagram, pinterest, snapchat etc. If yes, then how. That means, does your organisation has a facebook page? What are the updates there? How is it relevant in brand making?
I think the second one makes more sense if it is from social media marketing book.
