As there were ways to prevent traditional bullying there are ways to prevent cyberbullying like: Make children aware that before posting anything they should think about its impact on themselves and others, they should not post anything that has a negative impact as it distresses others which is not good, before anything of such sort happens one need to have social and emotional development training. This will direct them towards the right path and they will understand the repercussions of their activity. Hence it can be said as prevention is better than cure. But what if still, such thing persists. If such a situation occur the children should be asked not to pay attention to any such negativity rather as them to act smart in such cases, take print of all such messages along with the social medial handle and email address in order to prove it is a case of cyberbullying and take necessary legal help to avoid such thing in future.
These are the ways to prevent children from becoming a victim of cyberbullying. Right education , information, and right actions must be made known to every child to protect them from any such negative thing as it has a bad impact on their personality which could lead to dangerous outcomes. Always support them and handle things in a positive way so they don't get afraid of sharing anything.
