Funeral director will always wear a formal attire as he is the one who runs the firm. So everytime he will be in a business formal attire. Funeral director will wear a inappropriate attire when he is not dealing any office business

Manager will be mostly seen in a business casual wear where he will wear business formal attire when he got meeting with high profile clients or having business meetings with higher authorities. He will wear inappropriate attire when he is not in office hours.

Owner will be either in casual or inappropriate attire mostly as he is the one who will invest but don't run the business. He will be in formal attire when is attending board meetings of the company.
