It is the multilateral agreement which is adopted by the
political convention of an international civil aviation
organization member signed on 28 May 1999.
Objective
Its objective is to keep the consumer or passengers safe
economically if the uncertainty occurs in the air cartel which does
take place in the country who took place or signed the
agreement.
Achievements
It eliminated the depletion of the ozone layer. And heals the
ozone layer as satisfactorily.
It also reads like the most successful international alliance
for preventing global warming which was caused by the reductions of
green gases like water vapour, CO2 etc in the environment
