"Southeast Asia's growth prospects and demographics have caught the interest of many investors who have steadily poured money into the region."

South Asia is one of the world’s fastest growing regions, with growth set to rise to 7 percent in 2019, and 7.1 percent in 2020-21. An increase in industrial production in South Asian countries, aided by their dynamic trade relations fuels this growth.

Automotives,electronics,textiles ,telecommunications are the major industries in South Asia that attracted FDI flows.

The main reasons why we could attract the FDI are : Low wage and abundant supply of labour force, Condusive environment for setting up of industries,good infrastructural base,sufficient natural resources,less government and other political constraints in forming industries, literate individuals etc.
