Answer #1

Feedback in verbal and non verbal communication provides information as to how the behavior of an entity is affecting or influencing another entity . When you give feedback you are offering valuable information that will be useful to the receiver to make decisions about how to behave in future . In general immediate feedback is the most appropriate and useful feedback . Lagging behind in time nay cause other events to affect the feedback . So in case of verbal feedback , if it is well timed , then the listener of feedback is very attentive lest the person will miss some important piece of information .
