Company can use the Kirkpatrick’s framework to determine the effectiveness of training by evaluating how inidividual react to the training model by asking questions , and than determining what level of knowledge they have gained from themodel and than determining the behaviour of the individual after the training is done and how they complete their task and lastly by determining how the individual training have been helping in the process of achieving organisation peformance and task.
