2. The front end of the website i.e what the viewer will see can be done using HTML5 and CSS3 and javascript to make it more dynamic.

5.MySql Community Server or MongoDb or Django .

6.HTML5 will give you the basic outline of your website while CSS will help in styling it. React.Js can be used to make a mobile version of it and make it more dynamic.
