MIS [Management Information System] -

MIS is a system that works on the computer as both hardware and software. It is used to organize the several operations on the computer. It is to gather the information from online and then see to it that is analyze that data to help in the decision making process for the system. It is basically made for managing the information of any company. For example- A school information system which manages all the data of the students in the school. It includes all their data related to admission, class etc and help in decision making for the school.

IT [Information Technology] -

The information technology is the stream of study of the computer in the area of storing and sending the information on the network. It basically involves the use of the computer system, it's software and it's data. It checks the maintenance and development of the computer as well. For example - The cloud computing is an example of the information technology as it is used for development and maintenance of the data or information of the computer over the storage online.

IS [Information System] -

The information system is the system that is type of formal and organized system for the process and storation of the information. It is basically distributed in four terms that are the task, the people, the whole structure of the system and the last technology that is being used to bind all. For example - The DBMS is an example of the Information system as it is used to form the formal structure of the information of the data that the user input into the system. It is used to organize and analyze the data .
