Read the following description of the MHC-PMA (Mental Health Care-Patient Management Application) then answer the questions that follow. (20 Points)

A patient information application to support mental health care is a medical information application that maintains information about patients suffering from mental health problems and the treatments that they have received. Most mental health patients do not require dedicated hospital treatment but need to attend specialist clinics regularly where they can meet a doctor who has detailed knowledge of their problems. To make it easier for patients to attend, these clinics are not just run in hospitals. They may also be held in local medical practices or community centers. The MHC-PMA (Mental Health Care-Patient Management Application) is intended for users of Android mobile devices. The application is not a complete medical records system so does not maintain information about other medical conditions. However, it may interact and exchange data with other clinical information applications. Users of the applications include medical staff such as doctors and nurses, and nonmedical staff including receptionists and managers. The doctor can use the application to view and edit medical records which is available services also for the nurse. In addition, the doctor can setup consultation and generate reports. Generating reports is also offered by the application for the manager who can export statistics and view personal information as well. Similarly, the receptionists can view personal information but also, the can register patients.
