Q(a) Interaction method is nothing but a combination of software and hardware elements that provides the solution for accomplishing various tasks.

there are many methods for interaction between user and system are as follows:-

1) Form interaction:- We Generally used in windows os for interacting with the system is Form interaction. As name suggest, there exist a proper arrangement of pages(form) for interacting with system. This is user friendly and famous method of interaction which is based on form i.e. reassemblng paper-based form.

Form contains page title, headings , defaullt values etc. with the help of which interaction is easy. User have supposed to filled the form and the information which is filled is stored in back end. User go further with the help of there coming pages , this is purely depend upon designer that how he design for user. so this is one of the best method for interaction.

(2) Command Language Interaction:- Command language interaction means interaction is depend upon only command line which willl be enetered by the user. This type of interaction is very critical and hard because for one process , you will have to enter command then further will proceed. And it is also hard to regular memorize the command line .

Let us assume , we want to see data and time then we have to enter command line for date and time as well. so it is tough one. In this type of interaction user cannot easly friendable that means it is least user friendly. Because this is purely based on command so that it is very secure and reliable in the sense of losing datas. so this type of interaction generally not used in the general purposes.

(3) Object Based Intreaction:- This type of interaction generally contains images, icons, symbols etc which is nothing but an object which is a way of further interaction in the system. In this we only have to click images and symbols for further processing . Different objects have different functions so it is very user friendly in the sense of interaction becauser of simple and easy process.

For their lovely functionality , it is easy to use and easily understood by users . This will take less space in screen and this works mainly from pointing with pointing device.

(4) Menu Based Interaction:- Menu is nothing but list of options . with the help of which we can interaact with the system very easily. we have to choose menu then option from list for the next process. so it is quiet easy to uderstand. Menus are list of options that drops down or open up. There option are selected by the user for certain task .

In this we generally use drops down menu and open up menu for completing the task.

Drops down menu is placed on the top of page through which we have to select. And after then we have to use open up menu for opening a particular option on the basis of our use. It is also easy to use and user friendly.

Q(b) On the basis of above answer, two methods that suitable to be used for hotel management system is

1) Form interaction method:-

2) Menu interaction method:-

1) Form Interaction method:- Generally in hotel management system there exist visitors name page , room numbers, luggage details, their id proofs etc such type of data are used . so we can here use Form interaction method for better interaction with the system for finding all the data in one page in collected manner. One visitor's whole data can be seen by only one page or form . so this is best method for interaction.

In hotel management system , there also have a variety of fooding so this can also be separated by Form interaction Method . We partitioned Fooding critera in an another Page that why we clearly arrange that.

2) Menu Interaction Method:- Menu inteaction method says that all the details of the visitors can be shown through option. If I want find Individual detail then we can search in the menu with the same name and can be optained fastly. So Menu interaction Method is also profitable for Hotel management system.

If we have particultar food to serve then we drops down and pop up the particular variety and order that. so it is a very easy solution for that type of problem.
