Rose florists is a well-known flower company. Customers can make a flower order by
providing their personal details (e.g. name, surname, address) as well as the name and address of
the person they would like their flowers to be delivered to. The shop’s staff, Mr. Andrew, is
responsible for assisting customers with their order, by suggesting different flower arrangements,
as well as for inserting the customers’ details in an order form. When customers decide the
flowers they would like to buy, Mr. Andrew calculates the final price of their order and provides
them with an invoice. Customers can pay for their order by cash, cheque or credit card. When the
payment is processed, a receipt is given back to the customers. Some orders are always more
urgent than others, therefore the customers need to indicate the delivery time and date of the
order. When the flower arrangements for a specific order are ready, then the order is dispatched
by the Rose florists’ driver.
