The attack was completely for targeting all business and private data of Sony. The attacker took tons of gigabytes of data including private and confidential ones from the company. The attacker ven rasied a warning to Sony saying all the data has been available with him and if the organisation fails to obey attacker's demands, warned and threatened to sell the data to media across the world. Although the attack was implemented by infiltrating network, but the target was the data. The attacker deleted almost all data from Sony's original database so they can get into more helpless situation and the attacker released 5 movies, out of which four of them were unreleased and along with many private files of the company such as details about celebrities, employee information and many other private and confidential information stolen from Sony to the public through different media streams and houses,
