Homework Answers

Answer #1

Strongest argument for the death penalty is that some crimes are so heinous that neither the life imprisonment nor the death penalty can ever give a bit of justice to the victim so some people just deserve to die for their crime and it also prevents resources of government.

Strongest argument against the death penalty is that it is the most uncivilized act , it is very unjust and unfair for innocent people , human life is very valuable and it cannot be put on stake in the name of justice. And it is also the violation of constitutional right for equal protection.
