Five guidelines are :
1. Content and Targeted Audiance: Before we actually go ahead to create/develop a website, we must think about what will be the purpose of the website and for whom the website is intended for.

2. Look and Feel: Secondly we must ensure that the website is not too complicated for the audiance to navigate and use relevant images to create the kind of experiance a user would expect from that site. 

3. Functionalities: We must make a list of all the functionalities that we are willing to provide to the end user.
 
4. Low cost: Prefer pre-existing templates instead of custome graphics and extensive design to save on cost, there are plethora of templeates available such as Colibri that provide ready to go tempelated for a variety of websites.

5. Responce Time: Since users are going to browse this website on thier smartphone, make sure you avoid heavy images and use light and simple content to increase the responce time of the website. As per the market research 93% of people have left a website because it didn’t display properly on their mobile devices.
