Answer #1

The screen makes you unhappy because the radiations emitted by the screen damages your brain cells which ultimately results in mental fatigue which is the main reason of your unhappiness. We can remain happy if we spend our time more and more with nature instead of materialistic man made things.

We can reduce the screen time by doing meditation, sit for 20-30 minutes with body relaxed no thoughts in mind and concentrate on the upper part of forehead. You can do yoga to make your body fit. Go and play some outdoor games, do running( running is the most beneficial one) ,because i myself has done this. Talk with your friends( not on phones) have real conversations as it will remove your feeling of loneliness due to which you see your screen. Indulge more and more with the nature, see how beautiful things are around you. Thanks god for what have you right now instead of demanding more from him. Stay happy.
