What do you say? Should the US limit the tax deduction for charitable contributions? Why or why not?

Answer #1

Ans- Tax deduction is a process in which the taxable income of an individual reduces(which means he has to pay less tax) and ultimately reduces federal income tax that a person or individual owe.

One of the drawback is that individual taxpayers started deducting charitable contributions from income that might otherwise be taxed.

If you donate to a qualified charity or non-profit organization, you might be able to claim the donation as tax deduction on your tax return.

So from my point of view the U.S should limit tax deduction for charitable contributions in order to reduce tax evasion.
