Yes I will consider an article locates in a popular magazines such as PC Magazines, a reliable, accurate and trustworthy source but also I'll make an analyze on those articles for a cross verification to get a clearance about it.

And also we should not blindly believe those articles even it's from popular magazines such as PC Magazines, a reliable, accurate and trustworthy source without having any knowledge on that content with a minimum knowledge about.

If the user already have certified article then they can go to the "Journal Locator" directly or they can also use "Journals by Title" search on the homepage of the library management search system.

For locating it users can use UGA search.
