When the laptop is boot up and hear the sound and the LCD panel is blank you need to first turn off the computer and remove the battery and plug in power connector and hold the power button for 30 seconds or 1 minute or two minutes and after that start the laptop it will just solve the LCD panel or if does not turn on the laptop LCD panel need to check the RAM. If the problem remains the same you need to connect the laptop to your TV through the HDMI cable or the VGA cable and after start up the laptop need to just press the F10 or F11 or F3 etc depend on the different type of laptop model need so check which key is using to share the screen to external screen. After that the TV LCD panel has shown the display then the problem with the LCD panel and you can use the TV LCD panel until the replacement of the laptop LCD panel.
