Answer #1

Steps in the whistle blowing scenario is:

1. Explain the problem to your boss of the team or manager of the team.

2. Get the evidence of the problem once and give that particular evidence to the boss of the particular contracting company.

This is the most important step in this process.

3. After that one should present the evidence to the manager.

They will set up a meeting with the appropriate government agency to discuss the problem.

4. This is the longest process of the total steps in this process.

During this time, all conditions of the matter, including the small conditions they will interogate and the investigation itself, will remain confidential. So this is the main step of all the process.

This step may takes 50-60 days to complete the process. The whistle bowler must cooperate with the government decision and its their responsibility to take over this.

5. Decision is the last step of this process. The whole process depends on this step. It is the main step of the whole process.

Roughly 90 percent of False Claims Acts cases the government in tend to be successful.

Although, if a company declines our decision we should take it and move on. We should not think that its a illegal about this company.

If you have witnessed any fraudulent matters against the government, our whistleblower should be prepared to listen.

The court said that had he made reasonable internal inquiries before reporting his suspicions externally.

These are the 5 steps to file a whistle bowlers claim.

I will follow according to our contracting company and proceed to our company rules and regulations.

Theses are the steps to be followed according to their working company.
