Suggest three ideas to develop the sinking fund and explain their details. [3] c. Predict three emergency situations that may happen during and after the construction events that the maintenance manager will have to control. And propose one remedial action for each situation. [3] d. Explain how you would deal with unscheduled work-orders. [3] e. Explain how you would plan the daily maintenance activities of this building after its completion. The plan should include detailed information of the time, resource and budget requirements. The answer should be in the form of a checklist with a minimum of 6 items. [6] f. Explain any six uses of computerized maintenance management systems for this project.
