Estimation or Project cost estimation refers to the process of project management by forecasting the budget in terms of labours and equipment require for the project within specified duration of the construction project, that means estimation follows to create a schedule of construction project, if members of the project follow the schedule , can save the time as well as can save the extra labour and equipment cost ( as we know, taking more time means more labour wages and more equipment cost ). So the estimation phase is very important for all construction project, if for a project the estimation is too high, the company can use other strategy to set the project within their afford.
