Because in the paragraph mentioned above that cellphone texting is ruining people`s understanding of grammatically correct english . The people are writing in short phrases rather than writting complete sentances . And it covered the entire thing which the paragraph wants to portray. In the 1st option it was not highlighting any of the keys points from the paragraph .In the last option it was talking about how to spell english properly but in the paragraph it was mentioned cellphone texting not pronunciation . Thats why the correct option is SECOND .
