lets suppose we have Ca(OH)2
in order to dissolve calcium in basic solution , already hydroxide ions are present in the solution which lowers the solubility of calcium hydroxide. on the contrary, in acidic solution presence of hydronium ion, facillitate in solubility of calcium hydroxide by the formation of water and Calcium ions
Ca(OH)2 ----------> Ca2+ + 2OH-
thus we can generallize, If the salt is basic, they will be less soluble in basic solution and readily soluble in acidic solution.
If the salt is acidic, they will be less soluble in aidic solution and readily soluble in basic solution
if the salt is neutral, the solubility is independent of pH, no effect of pH is observed
