So this is a practice problem for Biochem 1 and will be a huge part of an upcoming exam. I need to be sure I have all of this down and correct. I have worked on this and by the last step have gotten 3 different activation of energies and I can't figure what I'm doing wrong PLEAE HELP

1.) Complete all graphs and show work:

Mock Enzyme Activity Measurements
T = 25C
[E]total = 2 x 10-6 M
[S] mM Vo (mM/4 sec) Vo (mM/s)
5 6.67 1.67
10 10 2.50
15 14 3.50
20 14 3.50
25 15 3.75
30 16 4.00

A.)Plot Vo (mM/sec) versus [S]

B.) Plot 1/Vo versus 1/[S]

C.) From B above, determine Km and Vmax

D.) From the Vmax, determine kcat

E.) Determine the catalytic efficiency (kcat/Km)

F.) From the kcat, determine the activation energy

1) Spingospine 1-phosphate (SPP) has recently been discovered to be important for the cell survival. The synthesis of SPP from Spingospine and ATP is catalyzed by the enzymes Spingospine kinase. An understanding of the kinetics of the Spingospine kinase reaction may be important in the development of drugs to treat cancer. The velocity of Spingospine kinase reaction was measured in the presence and absence of threospingospine, a stereoisomer of singspiel. The results are shown below. [Spingospine] (uM) Vo (umol/min) (No...
