We can calcualte the glucose concentration as
Molecular formula of glucose = C6H12O6
Let mass of glucose given = m grams
the molecular weight of glucose = 180g / mL
Volume of water = V litres
So molarity or concentration can be calculated as
Molarity = Mass / Molecular weight X volume of solution in Litres
NOTE:
If we are talking about colligative property like elevation in boiling point then
Elevation in boiling point = Kb X molality of glucose in water
So if we are provided with elevation in boiling point and Kb of water then molality can be calculated

Molality = Moles of glucose / Kg of water
