Bromine has 7 e, to complete octet it requires one electron, which completes its octet hence EA is very high.

Se has 6 e in valance shell, it requires 2 electrons, it can also accept one electron easily.

Bi requires 3 electrons to complete its octet, accepting one electron is possible.

Rb is less likely to accept electrons as it is a alkali metal, it would more likely lose electrons,

Kr on the other hand has a complete octet, is a nobel gas and ha EA value of zero!
