Answer #1

General Organic chemisty is a bit different, difficult subject, rather will become easy, if you understand the basic concepts behind the organic chemistry. Understanding these basic concepts is important, in the sense that, if you want to pass the exam, you need to give 70% importance to these basics.
Hence the basics of organic chemistry play a vital role in passing the exam.
Some of the basic concepts are Hybridisation, electronic effects (inductive, mesomeric, resonance, electromeric, hyperconjugation), types of reactions(substitution, addtion, elimination).
Regarding the biological chemistry, you can easily understand and pass if you throughly read any particular standard Biochemistry book (lehlinger).

Consider the general S-I-R model for a measles-like illness: S′ = −aSI, I′= aSI−bI, R′ = bI. a) The threshold level for S—below which the number of infected will only decline—can be expressed in terms of the transmission coefficient a and the recovery coefficient b. What is that expression? b) Consider two illnesses with the same transmission coefficient a; assume they differ only in the length of time someone stays ill. Professor Moriarty teaches as Honors Quantum Physics class in which he grades on the bell curve. He assigns letter grades to his students' tests by assuming a normal distribution and utilizing the Empirical Rule. The Professor reasons that if IQ and SAT scores follow a normal distribution, then his students' scores must...
