if we provide such conditions still we do not providing enzymes that are actually biological catalysis that help us to increase the rate of reaction result in ultimately digestion of food

Are the chemical energetics in the beaker different from the bioenergetics in the gastrointestinal system yes because we are taking about gastrointestinal system we all know that there are more hidden process that are actually taking place as compared to  chemical energetics in the beaker .
