  • Motivation is a general desire or willingness of someone to do something and employee engagement is an active agreement to do something for someone.
  • Employee engagement can be impact positively or negatively but motivation is only impact positively on the employee.

  1. Employee have an emotional commitment to complete their work at workplace(Engagement )
  2. Employees takes the initiative to start the task and project (Motivation)

  • Both are helps to improve the performance and efficiency of the organization.
