Decantation is the process of separation of two mixture components or two immisible liquid based on gravity.

In this when solid get precipitate then separation of solid from liquid by decatation process by use of centrifuge .

Due to centrifuge solid settle down or side down to test tube. Then decant liquid part

When solid components get separated then to be tested for check their separation properly or not is their any contamination or not i.e. for purity of solid precipitate
