Boron trichloride and borane are molecules containing an electron-deficient central atom - boron. It does not possess any lone pair or non-bonding electrons. They both possess a trigonal planar geometry.

Nitrogen dioxide is an odd-electron molecule. In other words, it possesses an extra electron, that is used to dimerize into dinitrogen tetroxide. In this molecule, the electronic geometry is trigonal planar while the molecular geometry is bent. There is a lone pair of electrons on the nitrogen along with a partial positive charge on it and a negative charge on one of the oxygens, stabilized by resonance. So, there exists one lone pair on the nitrogen and one non-bonding electron on the oxygen.
