No, I don't avoid eating animal protein. No, I am not a vegetarian, I am a non-vegetarian. Some peoples follow the vegetarian diet, because of there religious reasons. Some do not like the taste of nonveg. Yes, I eat animal proteins like meat,egg,dairy, but diet rich with these protein could be harmful. Taking too much animal protein is harmful to health. It contains higher levels of dietary animal protein which can cause to cancer or diabetes, and also lead to death. I like it because of taste and nutritional value. There are so many tasty non-animal protein snacks are also available like nut butter (like almond, cashew, walnut), whole almonds or raisins, soyabeen, pulses etc.
