If you were born without T cells, would you have normal B cell functioning? Why or why not?
Born without T cells but normal B cell functioning:
T-helper cells have an importance in immunity in that they mostly stimulate other cells. They secrete lymphokines such as Interleukin-1 from macrophages and the release of Interleukin-2 which activates other T-cells like delayed hypersentivity cells and T-killer cells. They also bind with B-cells to activate them in humoral immunity against foreign antigens.
