At the stage two membrane are being formed where one is formed by parietal extra embryonic mesoderm on the inside and overlying tropoblast on outer called chorion. The other is amnion which is constituted by amniogenic cell forming the wall of amniotic cavity excluding ectodermal floor. These cells are derived from trophoblast . The amnion is coverded by parietal extraembroyonic mesoderm and that connectinfg stalk is attached to it. With the appreance of mesoderm later extraembroyonic coelom , the yolk sac become much smallr and known as secondary yolk sac.
