Lysosomes are also called suicidal bags because these contain hydrlytic enzymes. The material can be provided to Lysosomes by-

1. Phagocytes like Macrophages, Neutrophils, Dendritic cells may engulf material by phagocytosis. These phagosomes bind with Lysosomes.

2. Endosomes are membrane bound vesicles released from golgi body attaches to the Lysosomes for degradation.

3. Another method is genration of autophagosomes which contain material from cytoplasm bound into doubld membrane structure. These travel to Lysosomes and degraded by them.
