The different ways in which a contract may be discharged are as
follows:
Agreement : This
is a discharge by both the parties. In this case both the parties
agree to each other and discharge the contract.
Breach: Breach can
happen when the contract does not serve the purpose. If the terms
and conditions in the contract does not convert in to action, there
can be a breach in the contract.
Limits on the
Doctrine: In this case if the contract really becomes very
difficult and exceed what is actually anticipated the contract may
get discharged.
Performance: When
the performance does not meet what is actually agreed in the
contract both parties may get discharged from contract.
