Viral genome enters the tissue macrophage and form DNA by using reverse transcriptase Enzyme. This viral DNA now incorporates with macrophage DNA usin integrase Enzyme. A lots of new viruses are formed using macrophagic replicating mechanism.

This viral antigens travel to lymph nodes and attaches with MHC to present T-helper cells. This cell produce interleukin-3 and IL-5 that cause clonal expansion and clonal differentiation of B-cell. This B- cell now produce antibodies against SARSr-CoV antigen. This called plasma cell.
