"Health care should must be a right for every American citizen" was once said by a former American president Obama , but it has not been implemented fully till date. An act named "Patient protection and affordable care act" has hence been introduced in the law. In US access to healthcare services is usually mediated through insurance coverage which is either in form of private or employer based. Ethically healthcare services is regarded as a human right because a persistent lack of healthcare is harmful and moreover improvement in health care facilities prevent the imminent suffering and diseases.
