1). First principle is to consider the positive aspects such as strengths instead of the negative aspects such as weaknesses.
2). Next is help them to understand about their own capability that what they themselves can do for their own.
3). The third principle is that each person is unique and each person has their own strength make use of that in order to improve themselves.
4). Fourth principle is that help the client to use their strength or power to help others and not to use their power to demolish others.
5). Fifth one is that help them to practice their strength in daily life so that they will become used to it and start using naturally without any effort.
6). Sixth principle is that we should use our strength with available resources no need to search for extra resources in order to start a service.
