-Photosystem 1 :
Excited electron is captured by primary electron acceptor.
These excited electrons get passed via short electron transport chain to NADH+ is the final electron acceptor.
Electrons are stored in their high state of potential energy in NADH molecule.
The final products of light reactions are NADH, ATP, O2.
Photosystem II :
Light energy is trapped in photosystem II and promotes an electron to a higher level. the electrons are taken by an electron acceptor. Hence leaving the chlorophyll molecule positive.
Further, it splits water by receiving 2 from e- it. The electrons are passed from one acceptor (ie. plastoquinone and cytochrome) to the next photosystem II.
AIn this path the energy is lost and reduces ADP to ATP.
