As after 25 years from now due to increase in population and due to increase in technology there will be decrease in production from the agricultural lands and the geneticists are working on plant and animal genetics for maximum production in small plant and more weight of meat in animal so I will suggest my grand children to rmeat lots and lots of green vegetables as it contains high amount of energy and essential trace mineral which are required for the normal metabolism in the body. In addition to this I'll suggest them to drink around 3 cups of milk daily to meet calcium. In addition to this I'll suggest my grandchildren to drink 2 litres of water daily to excreated waste products
