The term was given by microbiologist Sergei Winogradsky. the chemolithotrophy is define as the acquisition of the cell inside the body for energy,this energy is actually comes from the oxidation process of the inorganic compounds which is also called as electron donors. The process of chemolithotrophy is occured in prokaryotic cells.

The anaerobic respiration is the respiration in the absence of oxygen. The process occurs in the presence of electron acceptor rather than molecular oxygen

There is change in the free energy in every chemical reaction called Gibbs energy or delta G. The anarobic repiration is spontaneous process as well as exergonic where glucose releases energy which is further used by the cell or produces as heat,delta G for such kind of reaction has negtive value.
