Is gender neutral the answer or is it treating people as they need to be treated?

Gender neutrality is the answer. It is important that all the the men and woman enjoy equal rights and opportunities across all scetors of the society that should include equal economic participation and decision-making. The society will be a better place if the different behaviours, aspirations, and need of men and women are valued equally and and treated without any descrimination.   

Treating people with inequality undermines the social value and devalues all of us. It is not just the the matter of human right but it is a huge waste of world's human potential. Gender nuutrality gives half the population a chance to live life to their fullest. Giving women politicial, economic and social equality will benefit the entire population. It is important to remove prejudice and work towards attaining gender neutrality.
