Describe how nutrients/gases are moved throughout your body (e.g. from your head to your toes!). Make sure to include all of the major organs involved, and how nutrients/gases enter and exit your system. Please explain with a few nutrients/gasses, thank you.

Nutrients with in the human body is transported through the cardiovascular system or the blood circulatory system to each and every cell of the body. The basic circulatory system comprises of main artery (aorta), which breaks down into large arteries and these arteries further break down into veins and vessels. The oxygenated blood comprising of essential nutrients and oxygen starts flowing from the right ventricles and drain into pulmonary artery. From the vessels, blood exchange food, nutrient and waste material to and fro the cell through passive diffusion. In the presence of adequate supply of oxygen, ADP is phosphorylated to produce ATP.
