Ans ) Due to fall in atmospheric/barometer pressure causes the decrease in partial pressure at higher altitude, As the oxygen percentage is constant at different Altitudes .

Explanation:-

This pressure is maximum at sea level and continuously decreasing moving towards height.The atmospheric pressure that acts on us is due to the weight of closely packed air molecules ,that are attracted towards the surface of earth due to gravitational force of the planet. As we know the gravitational force of the earth is maximum at its surface and tends to decrease as we move away from the surface, as the altitudes increases and the air molecules are far apart ,density of the atmosphere that is comprised of air molecules is also decreasing which further results in decreasing of atmospheric pressure.
